I started the Well Rounded Transformation Program on Dec 20th and completed 10 weeks before going on a trip to Hawaii. I started the program at 211 lbs. At the beginning of the program I found I was hungry as my body adjusted to the changes. After only a week or two my hunger was controlled and my energy levels went up. Results on this program happen very quickly. I noticed improvements in my mood, energy levels and my body. Throughout the entire program, I never had a heavy feeling in my stomach after meals but I was full and felt great.
I exercised about 3 to 4 times a week for 45 minutes per day. My job involves a few hours per day sitting in a vehicle or chair and the rest I am on my feet.
After the 10 weeks I weighed 186 lbs before my trip. Therefore losing 25lbs. I felt extremely energetic in Hawaii and it was easy to make healthy decisions for food while there.
