30-DAY JUMP-START PLAN

Welcome to your well-rounded Jump-Start to better health! Over the next 30 days, you will begin establishing healthy habits that will help you achieve optimal health and a better relationship with food. You will begin implementing a mindfulness practice, fitness routine to get your body moving, and of course eating healthy whole foods! Sound like a lot? Don’t worry, you got this and you’re not alone! You’re now a part of the Well Rounded community and we got your back! We’re also not going to throw all of this at you all at once. Healthy habits are best implemented in small incremental ways, and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing over the next 30 days. This program will provide you with some of the tools you need to get on the right track to living the healthy life you want to live and deserve. Now let’s jumpstart your health!!
